SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently offer free shipping to all European countries.

All items are sent out as soon as possible, often the same day or the day following receipt of payment. All orders are sent out from the Spain by Spanish Airmail, GLS transport  or DHL.

We ship to all parts of the world every day and we use Airmail or DHL Express for overseas deliveries. Shipping to the EU with the standard delivery option usually takes around 7 working days and customers in the rest of the world will usually receive their orders within 14 working days.

The Express option is the recommended shipping option for overseas customers as this is usually a 2 or 3 day service and is fully tracked. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method for your order so please contact us if you wish to use a specific delivery service.

Postage options are calculated automatically and are displayed at the checkout. We use different shipping zones to calculate the cost of shipping your order.

  • European orders are shipped from Valencia (Spain).
  • Standard shipping is via Postal Mail Certificaded (Estimaded delivery 3-5 bussines days)
  • Priority shipping by DHL Express, price estimate is calculated at checkout. (Estimated delivery 2 days)

INTERNATIONAL

  • International orders are shipped from Valencia (Spain).
  • Standart shipping is via Postal Mail Certificated. (estimated delivery 7-30 days).
  • Priority shipping by DHL Express, price estimate is calculated at checkout. (Estimated delivery 3 days).

Please note that customers outside of the European Union may be liable for import taxes and customs duties. Please be aware of this before placing your order as these taxes and any associated administration fees are paid by the recipient of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us by the delivery company.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that you provide lawfully, and in accordance with the Data Protection LOPD 2018. The Act allows business to collect information for the purposes of advertising, marketing and public relations in connection with their own business activity and for their own accounts and records.

We only collect information about you to allow us process your order and provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name, Your Address, Your Phone Number and Your Email Address.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Orders can be placed on-line though this website. Please note that we do not have a shop and we are currently unable to accept payment over the phone.

CORRECT FITMENT & SUITABILITY

Please note that buyers use our products at their own risk. Buyers are themselves responsible for safe and secure fitment of our products. If you are at all unsure about the suitability of any of our products please consult a professional or our customer services team for advice and assistance. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss caused by the use of our products.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTION

You can pay online with your credit or debit card, or you can use your paypal account. All payments are handled securely and we do not store your card details. All payment pages of this website are displayed through a secure connection. Payment is required in advance for all orders. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

The VAT (sales tax) element of the order is paid by us for buyers from Spain and the European Union. Orders that are sent outside of Spain and the European Union do not have this tax paid and so these customers may be liable for additional import taxes and customs duties. Please be aware of this before placing your order as these taxes are paid by the recipient of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us by the delivery company. The main benefit for customers is that we can offer the same low prices for all buyers regardless of their location. No additional tax will be added or subtracted at the checkout for any purchases.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We offer 14 day returns and full refunds for all orders, in case you are unhappy with your order or make a mistake in your purchase. If you feel that the items you have purchased are not suitable for any reason, you can return them to us within 14 days as long as they are unused.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it, unused, for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us outside of the specified delivery time. The regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Please note that the buyer pays for returning any goods unless they are faulty and as returns are sent entirely at the buyers risk, please obtain a proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed following receipt of the returned item, please allow 5 working days for this. Please note that we will refund the basic delivery cost, however if you opted for enhanced service when you placed the order, the full cost of this may not be refunded.
