SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

We currently offer free shipping to all European countries.

All items are shipped as soon as possible, often the same day or the next day after payment is received. All orders are shipped from Spain by Spanish airmail, GLS transport or DHL.

We ship to all parts of the world every day and use Air Mail or DHL Express for overseas shipments. Shipping to the EU with the standard delivery option usually takes about 7 business days and customers in the rest of the world usually receive their orders within 14 business days.

The Express option is the recommended shipping option for overseas customers as it is normally a 2-3 day service and is fully tracked. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method for your order, so please contact us if you wish to use a specific delivery service.

Shipping options are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. We use different shipping zones to calculate the shipping cost of your order.

Please note that customers outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. Please note this before placing your order as these taxes and any associated administration fees are paid by the recipient of the goods. Orders can be placed online through this website. Please note that we do not have a store and are currently unable to accept payment over the phone.

PAYMENT, PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

You can pay online with your credit or debit card, or you can use your PayPal account. All payments are handled securely and we do not store your card details. All payment pages on this website are displayed over a secure connection. Advance payment is required for all orders. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

The VAT (sales tax) element of the order is paid by us for buyers in Spain and the European Union. Orders shipped outside of Spain and the European Union do not have this tax paid and therefore these customers may be responsible for additional import taxes and customs duties. Please keep this in mind before placing your order, as these taxes are paid by the recipient of the merchandise. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the event that items are returned to us by the shipping company. The main benefit for customers is that we can offer the same low prices to all buyers, regardless of their location. No additional tax will be added or subtracted at checkout for any purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return and full refund for all orders in case you are not satisfied with your order or make an error in your purchase. If you believe the items you have purchased are not suitable for any reason, you can return them within 14 days as long as they have not been used.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you believe the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it, unused, for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee if items are returned outside the specified delivery period. Regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the items has been reduced as a result of you handling the items more than necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Please note that the buyer pays for the return of any goods unless they are defective, and as returns are sent entirely at the buyer’s risk, please obtain proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed after the receipt of the returned item; please allow 5 business days for this. Please be aware that we will refund the basic cost of delivery; however, if you chose an upgraded service when placing your order, you may not be refunded the full cost.
