Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to have been made at the time of your first use of the Website. International customers
If goods are ordered from outside the country of residence of Lorente Straps, import duties and taxes may be incurred once the goods reach their destination. Lorente Straps S.L. is not responsible for these charges and we undertake not to make any calculations or estimates in this respect. If you are buying internationally, we advise you to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the buyer of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such must ensure that your purchase fully complies with the laws of the country into which the goods are imported. Please note that goods may be inspected on arrival at the port for customs purposes and Lorente Straps SL cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods is free from signs of tampering.

Lorente Straps SL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of you sharing your Account details. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by someone else without consent you should contact Lorente Straps SL immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please note that purchases can only be cancelled until they are shipped. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched before you notify us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, Lorente Straps SL will not accept any liability and you should contact the Service Provider detailed in the Purchase Information.
By choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out. Any breach of these terms may result in the suspension and/or deletion of your Account.
Termination and Cancellation
Both you and Lorente Straps SL can cancel your Account. If Lorente Straps SL cancels your Account, you will be notified by email and provided with an explanation of the cancellation. Notwithstanding the above we reserve the right to cancel your account without giving reasons.
If Lorente Straps SL cancels your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be shipped.
Lorente Straps SL reserves the right to cancel purchases without giving reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and delivery.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to shipment, you will be refunded the money paid in respect of those purchases.
If you cancel your account, any unshipped purchases will be cancelled and any money paid in connection with those purchases will be refunded.
Goods, Prices and Availability
Although every effort has been made to ensure that all graphic representations and descriptions of goods available from Lorente Straps SL correspond to the actual goods, Lorente Straps SL is not responsible for any variations in these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for errors due to negligence on our part and relates only to variations in the correct Goods, not to totally different Goods.
Where applicable, you may be asked to select the necessary specifications of the Goods you are purchasing (e.g. size, model, colour, quantity etc).
Lorente Straps SL does not represent or warrant that such Goods will be available. Stock indications are provided on the Website, however these may not take into account sales that have taken place during your visit to the website.
All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Lorente Straps SL is the only person who has access to the product information on the Web Site.
Lorente Straps SL reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. All pricing information is reviewed and updated every seven days.
In the event that prices are changed during the period between the placing of an order for goods and the processing of that order by Lorente Straps SL and receipt of payment, you will be contacted before your order is processed with details of the new price;

Delivery
Lorente Straps SL will notify you by email when your goods are shipped. The message will contain details of the estimated delivery times plus any reasons for a delay in delivery of the goods purchased by you.
If Lorente Straps SL does not receive any communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problem with the Products, you will be deemed to have received the Products in full working order and without problem.
Returns policy
Lorente Straps SL aims to always provide high quality goods that are free of defects and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive Goods that do not match those you have ordered, unless they are accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating the reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you must contact us within 10 days to arrange for collection and return. Lorente Straps SL is responsible for paying the shipping costs. You will be given the option of having the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or being refunded via the method of payment used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued when we receive the returned goods.
If any of the goods you have purchased are defective when delivered, you must contact Lorente Straps SL within 28 days to arrange for collection and return. Lorente Straps SL is responsible for paying the delivery charges. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. On receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you via the method of payment used by you when purchasing the goods.
If any Product fails within the warranty period, you will be entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of the warranty.
If the Products are damaged in transit and the damage is evident on delivery, you must sign the delivery note stating that the Products have been damaged. In any case, you must report such damage to Lorente Straps SL within 10 days and arrange for collection and return. Lorente Straps SL is responsible for paying the delivery charges. Once the returned goods have been received, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be returned to you via the method of payment used by you when purchasing the goods.
You have the statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order has been completed and ends 7 days after the products have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Lorente Straps SL within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the goods can be resold, as new, without any further work by Lorente Straps SL. You are responsible for paying the delivery charges if the goods are returned for this reason.

Lorente Straps SL reserves the right to exercise discretion in respect of any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors that may be taken into account in exercising this discretion include, but are not limited to
Any use or enjoyment you may already have had of the Products;
Any features of the Products that may cause them to deteriorate or expire quickly;
The fact that the Products consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened;
Any discount that may have been part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality that was communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase.
Such discretion will only be exercised within the limits of the law.

Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after mailing if sent by first class mail, on the day of mailing if the e-mail is received in full on a business day, and on the next business day if the e-mail is sent on a weekend or a holiday.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Lorente Straps SL shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of Spain and Lorente Straps SL and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Spain.
